The date for the
Fall SASA Business
meeting, in lieu of
the SASA Fall
Festival, has been
set for Saturday
September 23, 2017
in Greensboro North
Carolina which is
the center for our
Association. The
location will be the
Holiday Inn
Greensboro Airport -
6426 Burnt
Popular Road,
Greensboro NC.
Please note that
this is a service
road off of
Interstate 40 in
Greensboro near the
Airport.
We have secured a
block of rooms under
the South Atlantic
Shrine Association
name at a rate of
$89 + tax for either
dbl or kings
(subject to
availability). To
receive this rate
you will need to
request by block
name. Hotel
number for
reservations is
336-668-0421. The
rooms will be held
in this block until
Monday 9/18/17
of next week.
The meeting will
also be held at the
hotel and will begin
at 3:00PM EST. Below

Article #3 of the
SASA Bylaws provides
for the Potentate to
appoint an alternate
representative he he
cannot attend. The
alternates name
must be communicated
to Ill. Sir Donnie
Ratliff five (5)
days prior to the
meeting.
As I communicated in
the previous email,
we must have a
minimum of 6 temples
represented and 24
representatives to
conduct business.

advise temple name,
and total number of
representatives that
will be in
attendance.4
