Fall Festival - September 19 - 21, 2013

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

 

The 40th Annual Meeting of the South Atlantic Shrine Association will be held on September 19th - 21st, 2013 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Shrine activities around the annual meeting begin with a golf tournament on Thursday morning, September 19th, continuing with unit competitions and a Ladies Luncheon on Friday September 20th, and culminating with a ‘Grand Shriners Parade’ and ‘SASA President’s and Officers’ Installation Banquet’ on Saturday, September 21st.

In appreciation of Shriners, the City of Myrtle Beach has designated the week a city-wide festival and the entire town is ready to celebrate. You will not want to miss any of the fun.

NOTE: All Parade Related Forms: Permits, Registrations, etc., MUST be obtained from and returned to your respective Shrine Temples, who will in turn forward them on to the SASA Parade Chairman, Tom McCarthy (Oasis).

NOTE: To all Shrine Directors: Please make sure that you have someone (or yourself) present at the Reviewing Stand during the Parade, and please have them to call out each participating Unit as they pass by respectively, so that they may be graded accurately by the judges.
