MARKETPLACE VENDOR CONTRACT/APPLICATION
Dates and Times:
Marketplace, in conjunction with the annual meeting of the South Atlantic Shrine Association of 2007, September 24 to September 27, 2008 will be held in the Music Road Hotel, 303 Henderson Chapel Rd., Pigeon Forge, TN 37863. The requested booth(s) will be in place for Exhibitor installation on Wednesday, September 24, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Booth(s) must be completely set-up and be ready for display to the public at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 25th, 2008. Marketplace hours will be as follows:
Thursday, September 25, 2008 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday, September 26, 2008 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, September 27, 2008 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The exhibit area is to be completely vacated by no lateral than 3:00 p.m.
Booths:
Please refer to attached floor plan. Prices for the three (3) days specified. Booths are $300.00 for interior and $400.00 for end and corner locations. We will provide an 8 x 8 draped type exhibit booth with a backdrop and side dividers and one (1) table plus two (2) chairs. Additional booth furnishings will be provided to the exhibitor at their expense by 2008 Marketplace Chairmen.
Terms of Payment and Reservation of Space:
To reserve a space, you must send a non-refundable deposit. A money order to equal half of the booth space you wish to rent made payable to S.A.S.A 2008/Marketplace shall accompany this signed contract. The balance must be paid in full by August 15, 2008 or deposit will be forfeited. Indicate your first, second, and third choice of space. All booths will be assigned first come, first served basis. Every effort to make a satisfactory placement will be made. Please also indicate type of product to be sold.
We hereby agree to the rules and regulations of the S.A.S.A. Annual Session of 2008 as described in the preceding document (s) and request the following booth (s) space be reserved:

Assignment of booth (s) will be made on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of payment. Checks should be made payable to S.A.S.A. 2008/Marketplace and mailed to S.A.S.A. 2008, P.O. Box 2218, Morristown, TN. 37816-2218.
